I rented a Nissan Murano at the New Circle Rd Location for 2 days. I never write reviews but I felt like in my case I needed to. I was helped though everything with agent Bailey Harmon. A kind, understanding so helpful young lady with one of the best attitudes ever! I even got a ride home after dropping off the Nissan. I would definitely go there again for my rental needs . Service like this is very hard to find in this day and time . Thank you so much !

I had to rent a car last minute and this process was so easy and stress free from beginning to end. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Car looked good and drove great! Cameron was very kind and friendly! Won’t rent from anyone else!

Exceptionally poor customer service, I am a Platinum member. We made it crystal clear we needed a 4 wheel drive truck, it was not even tho they said it was. The manager said she would call the district manager when she got mad at me and told me my rental may not even be allowed. They told us if we could find the right truck we could turn that one in... like that was our responsibility! All in all the worst Enterprise experience I have ever had and I travel for a living!

I had a reversion from State Farm on Friday got there they don’t have anything car for me.They told they will give call me after they have anything available. I keep going every day till Tuesday they don’t have car for me but they have car for other customers.

It was a great experience. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. When the cars were sold out, they were able to call around and found us a car. These guys deserve a raise. I definitely will come back to that same place whenever I visit my parents. Enterprise is my favorite car rental. Thanks, David

Awesome place. Melvin was really good to us. We got a car in Hazard and they suggested we go by Lexington and see them. This was the closest rental lot on the way. I was met in the parking lot and treated very well. They really did us good and I will use this branch a lot more in the furture. I didn't get the other two employees names but they were both very friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend this place. Nice clean cars and fast service.

Made an appointment for pickup at 1:30pm. Still sitting at appointment location at 2:16pm. Called and spoke with a representative to ask if they plan on coming. She said "yes" I said I was confused on how it took over 45 minutes to travel 2 miles. She said "okay thanks" and hung up on me. Horrible service. Update: arrived at 2:20pm. Tank was empty and had to go with representative to have it filled taking up more time. Still a frustrating experience and I don't recommend.
